Scott has lead Marketing, Sales and Operations Divisions of multiple private organizations from the startup phase through successful exit. Scott’s primary focus has been on the healthcare industry working on both the clinical and administrative side of healthcare.
Paul Mathews

Paul is a West Point graduate with a BS in Engineering with over two decades of software engineering experience. Paul has spearheaded teams at renowned firms such as Raytheon, Aristocrat Leisure, Xcite, and YouScience. Known for scaling teams and technology in high-growth startups, some with over a million active users, Paul excels at building teams that deliver solutions in highly regulated industries that prioritize trust, security, and compliance.

Keith McCeney
CFO
Keith is CFO of TripleKey and has been helping start-up companies since the early eighties. Through the years, he has maintained strong relationships with advisors and investors helping with financing, fundraising, business planning, entity structure, and exit strategies. He has been successful at several exits, including publicly traded entities, stock swaps, and outright sales.
Dane McFarlin
Strategy
With experience managing his own boutique development shop to being a hired mercenary to launch enterprise fintech sales teams, Dane brings unique perspectives and knowledge to the company's leadership team. As a co-founder of the company, the initial products were inspired from his own experiences of what "not to do" as a non-technical CEO. Outside of work, he loves sports, nature, chess and spending time with his wife and 9 year old son.

Butch has served as president and CEO of the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corporation (NCVC) since 1991 until 2023. Under his leadership, Nashville’s hospitality industry has evolved from an industry largely based on theme park and summer leisure travel, to a year-round destination for convention, business and leisure visitors. Hospitality’s evolution has made it the city’s second largest industry and elevated annual revenues to $4 billion.

Katie Ford is a dynamic healthcare executive with a proven track record in business development, strategic growth, and integration operations. As Vice President of Business Development at Surgery Partners, Inc., a Bain Capital portfolio company, Katie leads the national sales and marketing team, driving key initiatives that enhance brand awareness, expand service lines, and foster strategic partnerships with physicians and healthcare providers.
Previously, Katie served as Vice President of Integration Operations at Covenant Surgical Partners, where she managed complex transactions and integrated numerous physician practices and surgery centers, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing operational synergies. Her extensive background in healthcare consulting, market strategy, and project integration further solidifies her expertise in navigating the challenges of high-growth environments. Katie holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Cellular, and Molecular Biology from the University of Tennessee. Residing in Nashville, TN, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, Brent, and their three children, Fitz, Bishop, and Fiona. The family is rounded out by their dog, Murray, and a bearded dragon named Dolly. In her free time, Katie loves attending concerts, practicing yoga, and enjoying the outdoors—especially at the beach.
Tim Mulron
Tim Mulron has over 30 years of experience in senior finance and operating roles, specializing in scaling fast-growth companies, particularly within SaaS and subscription-based revenue models. Currently, Tim serves as the CEO and board member of Beachy, a hospitality software company, and is also a founder and board member of opre, a future of work software company. His previous leadership roles include being co-CEO of LeanKit, a venture-backed enterprise project management software firm, where he led the growth of the company from $3 million to $20 million in just three years before its acquisition by Thoma Bravo. Tim also served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Emma, a SaaS-based marketing software company, which was sold to Insight Partners.
In addition to his executive roles, Tim is an active private investor, advisor, and board member, working with companies across multiple industries. Early in his career, Tim moved to Nashville as CFO of Asurion’s $400 million mobile device insurance business.
His background also includes senior finance and operations roles at Silicon Valley technology startups @Home Network and Big Band Networks, both of which went public. During his tenure at these firms, he helped scale one to over $1 billion in revenue and achieve Fortune 100 status within four years. Tim began his post-graduate career in the strategy and financial planning group at HBO, a division of Time Warner.
Tim holds a B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley and an MBA in Finance and Strategic Planning from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
